Your client. Your relationship. Our production expertise.
LOOP works behind agencies as a senior creative and production team in Cape Town. We do not approach your clients. We do not publish the work. We do not appear in the credits unless you put us there.

What we take on
01 / ScopeHow we stay invisible
Every agency that has been burned by an overseas supplier was burned on one of these four points. They are in the contract, not just on the page.
Full-bleed production frame · crew, lighting or location, no client branding

Who picks up at six o’clock on a shoot day
One named senior person on every job, with authority to spend and to make a call without escalating. Chris Smith directs, or names his second in writing before the job starts. You get a mobile number, not a shared inbox.
Cape Town runs an hour or two ahead of London, so notes you send at the end of your afternoon are usually answered before you open your laptop. Approvals are scheduled into the day rather than hoped for.
If Chris is on another shoot on your dates, we say so and decline. We would rather lose the job than staff it thinly and tell you afterwards.
The things procurement asks first
04 / CommercialFrame from the MØRNING work · only if cleared
Portrait 4:5
The one agency job we are cleared to name.
LOOP produced Calvin Klein work commissioned through MØRNING. We were briefed by the agency, we delivered to the agency, and the client relationship stayed exactly where it started. [YEAR, SCOPE, AND THE NAME OF SOMEONE THERE WHO WILL TAKE A CALL]
It is the only one on this page, and that is the point: everything else we have made for agencies stays unnamed because that is what we agreed. We will talk you through the rest on a call, under NDA, and we will not put your work here either.
Start with something small and low-stakes.
Nobody puts an overseas partner on a roster off the back of a page. Give us one contained job: a second-tier SKU, a product and still-life day, something with a real deadline and no career attached to it. Judge us on the brief interpretation, the communication while it runs, and whether the files arrive named the way you asked.
If that goes well, the conversation about bigger work is easy. If it does not, you have lost one small job rather than a campaign.
Send us the brief, or just the question.
Everything you send is treated as confidential from the first email. We reply within one working day.
Thank you. We will come back to you within one working day.
